BROWNIE COOKIES – VIDEO RECIPE HERE –
Ingredients for 12 brookies
120 g dark chocolate
50 ml sunflower oil
140 g sugar
80 ml hot water
130 g all purpose flour
25 g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 ts baking powder
vanilla to taste
1 pinch of salt
Method
In a bowl mix the flour, the cocoa, the baking powder and the salt.
Set aside.
Melt the chocolate with the oil.
In a small bowl put the sugar and add the hot water, stir until the sugar is disolved.
Now, add the water to the melted chocolate and whisk.
Add the dry ingredients, vanilla and stir with a spatula.
You’ll end up with a soft batter, but in 5 minutes at room temperature it will become manageable.
Take a baking tray lined with parchement paper and, with a medium size ice cream scoop take some batter and put it on the tray. Leave some space between each spoon, because the batter with spread while baking.
Bake in the central part of a preheated oven (180°C/356°F, fan on) for 10 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and let the brookies sit on the tray for about 10 minutes before transfering them on a wire rack and leave them to cool completely.

Avete mai sentito parlare dei Brookies? Di biscotti al cioccolato non è solo pieno il mondo, ma anche Internet: potevate aver bisogno di un’altra ricetta? io ritengo di sì 😀
Questi biscotti sono i brookies, ovvero un incrocio tra i cookies americani ed i brownies: sono biscotti a tutti gli effetti, ma la consistenza un po’ cheewy e soffice e l’aspetto pieno di crepe in superficie richiamano i brownies. Un connubio meravigliosamente perfetto, se posso dirvi la mia.
Se poi dovessi aggiungere altro, il caso vuole che siano anche vegani: niente uovo, niente latticini. Nessun ingrediente strano in sostituzione, nel caso ve lo steste chiedendo.
I passaggi per realizzarli sono anche piuttosto semplici.
Se doveste ritenere che ancora non hanno abbastanza cioccolato, potete aggiungere anche delle gocce: così, per sfizio. 🙂
Sono ottimi da regalare a Natale (non fate i finti tonti, eh? Ormai tocca iniziare a pensarci ;)), ma ovviamente se volete tenerli tutti per voi nessuno avrebbe qualcosa da ridire.

BROWNIE COOKIE (BROOKIES) – video ricetta QUI –
Ingredienti per circa 12 biscotti
120 g cioccolato fondente
50 ml olio di semi
140 g di zucchero
80 ml acqua calda
130 g farina 00
25 g cacao amaro
1/2 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
vaniglia a piacere
1 pizzico di sale
Preparazione
In una ciotola mischiare farina, cacao, lievito, sale e vaniglia.
Tenere da parte.
Fondere a bagnomaria o a microonde il cioccolato con l’olio.
In un’altra ciotolina versare lo zucchero e l’acqua calda, e far dissolvere lo zucchero mescolando.
A questo punto versare l’acqua zuccherata nella ciotola col cioccolato fuso e mescolare bene con una frustina.
Aggiungere le polveri ed amalgamare il tutto con una spatola.
Il composto sarà piuttosto morbido, ma tende a rassodare se lo lasciare riposare 5 minuti.
Con un porzionatore da gelato medio prelevare una dose di composto e disporla su una teglia foderata con carta forno. Distanziare i mucchietti di impasto, perché tende ad allargare in cottura.
Cuocere nella parte centrale del forno preriscaldato (e ventilato) 180°C per 10 minuti.
Togliere dal forno e lasciarli riposare su teglia 10 minuti prima di spostarli su una griglia e farli raffreddare completamente.
